$80.00/hr. 2 professionals
$40.00/hr. shopping/research fees

Consultation, Review, Photos
Our personalized consultation includes a review of the property that includes taking photos. We make written notes and provide you with a list of recommendations for editing and refining your home. This process is performed by the homeowner.

Cost Estimate
Following the consultation appointment, we will work up a cost estimate based on our calculation of time needed to achieve the desired outcome. From this estimate clients can choose the restyling or staging options they wish to have performed by Chic Shanties.

Instant Gratification Option
Also available is a working consultation in which we perform a quick overview of your home and immediately begin the process of staging or restyling. The amount of time we spend re-inventing your space is determined by you, our client.

How We Base Our Fees
Restyling and Staging costs will vary according to each project, as every home is unique and the extent to which it is restyled or staged will differ. Our hourly fee of $80.00 includes 2 professional, certified home re-stylists/stagers.

Need to Rent or Purchase Furnishings?
If the project requires the purchase or rental of furnishings, we will be happy to assist you in the selection process, meet the delivery truck and direct placement of furniture.

Use Our Rental Inventory or We Can Shop For You Within Your Predetermined Budget
When accessories are not available from the homeowner, or additional pieces are needed, we can assist by providing decor from our rental inventory (2 month minimum) or shop for the needed accents with a pre-determined budget. (Shopping fees are $40.00/hour) We will work closely with the client to stay within a desired budget. .

Chic Shanties is dedicated to working closely with agents to help enhance and sell your listings.  Our staging services are substantially less expensive than a price reduction and can be a wonderful marketing tool, not only for the home, but for you as well.

Our professional advice will help the client view their property as a valuable product and help them disengage emotionally from their home. Tactfully and diplomatically, we can inform your client about any issues that need to be addressed such as repairs, cleanliness and clutter.  This spares you any awkward moments and allows you to focus on the sale of the home.
